Reception / Boarding Time

The bus reception for the outbound route begins 15 minutes prior to departure.
Due to our responsibility to be punctual, it is necessary for customers to be on time.

• ・Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the bus departure.
• ・Please note that we may not be able to adjust our shuttle schedule with your train delay.
• ・The shuttle bus service will not be in operation during times when there are no reservations before 7 days prior the stay.
• ・Due to traffic conditions, there may be times when arrival and/or departure times might differ slightly.
• ・Depending on weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, there may be delays or cancellations in service.
• ・For customers who come by car, please note that there is no parking in the bus pick-up/drop-off area.
• ・Please note that neither we nor the bus operator company shall be responsible for the loss of luggage and/or other misunderstandings.
• ・Please note that it is not possible to board or drop-offs other than the set schedule.
